Kcalm Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Kcalm, published by Backfin Labs("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

What you may do

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Kcalm on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with the App Store and Google Play terms that apply to you.

What you may not do

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law; resell, sublicense or redistribute it; use it to break the law; or attempt to interfere with its security or with other people's use of it.

Your data

What Kcalm collects and what happens to it is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to the app

We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering Kcalm altogether. If we discontinue it we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email where we have your address, and will not charge you for a subscription period that we cannot deliver.

No warranty

Kcalm is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Kcalm is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Apple and Google

Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for Kcalm or for support of it. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Support is provided by us at Kcalm support.
