Kcalm Privacy Policy
Last updated July 30, 2026.
This policy covers the Kcalm mobile app for iOS and Android, published by Backfin Labs. It explains what the app collects, why, who else ever sees it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.
What Kcalm collects
| Category | What specifically | Why | Tied to you? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Usage data | Session length, Session type | Understanding which sessions people actually finish, so we know what to build more of. | No |
| Diagnostics | Crash logs, Performance data | Diagnosing crashes and fixing bugs. | No |
This table is the same set of facts we declare in Apple's App Privacy Details and Google Play's Data safety form. If they ever disagree, this page is wrong and we want to know.
How it's collected
Automatically, by the app itself as you use it. Kcalm does not ask you to fill in a profile, and there is no form in the app that asks for personal information.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your data. There are no advertising networks, no analytics vendors and no third-party SDKs in Kcalm that receive information about you. If that ever changes, this section changes first and we will say so in the release notes.
How long we keep it
We keep the data described above for 365 days, after which it is deleted automatically.
Withdrawing consent and deleting your data
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the app, which removes everything it stored on your device. To have anything held on our side deleted, email us at the address below and we will confirm once it is done.
Children
Kcalm is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change what the app collects, we update this page and the "last updated" date above, and we update our declarations in both app stores at the same time.

Draft — not yet reviewed. This policy is generated from the data declarations in the app's content file. Before you submit to either store, confirm every statement here matches what Kcalm actually does, and have a qualified lawyer review it. Getting this wrong is a regulatory problem, not just a store rejection. Delete this box before launch.
